I've read a lot of reviews and was totally unaware of this parking fact. The door was loud when it slammed shut, but overall we were satisfied with the room and it's very nice to stay at the casino vs driving out to absceon! Disappointed we didn't get any coupons or anything when we checked in. Unfortunately it had VERY crappy shower pressure.
We got a good rate (we got the Orleans Tower) so we didn't have an upgraded room, but still it was nice, plenty big, fridge and a big bathroom which looked very nice.
